Dear Sir,

Greetings from International Police Expo and Conference

It is my privilege to be connected with you

Modernisation of Police force has been a matter of discussions for a quite long and we could achieve partial success. Modern society is not immune with new age crimes and our forces needs to be well equipped with modern technologies. Instead of modern weapons we need to equip our forces to face latest cyber crime, we need to use forensic science to investigate white color crimes. We need to adopt most modern communication systems to intercept threats etc.

However by the advent of Smart Policing concept ,modernization of Police force has become one of many activity .Smart policing not only takes cares Civil Society rather it takes care its own Cops. Our cops needs to carry iphones, tablets etc instead of Lathis or rifles.

On the backdrop of vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to transform Indian Police into Smart Police, theme of 2nd edition of International Police Expo and Conference has been decided Smart Policing;Journey so far and Road ahead.

Mentors Are The Secret Weapons Of Successful Startups

TechCrunch

Editor’s note: Rhett Morris is the director of Endeavor Insight, the research arm of Endeavor, a nonprofit that supports high-impact entrepreneurs across the world.

“I’ve probably revised this investor pitch deck 200 times,” a founder told me recently. She’d met with more than 50 potential investors before closing a seed round last month. This might sound excessive to some, but her experience is not unusual.

Entrepreneurs often spend hundreds of hours raising funds from angel and venture capital investors. While these activities are clearly important, analysis of new data on startups suggests that founders should also dedicate significant time to something that many people overlook: recruiting great mentors. This simple strategy can increase a company’s odds of success more than almost anything else.

“Love brings self-confidence”: 7 quotes from His Holiness the Dalai Lama at TED2015

TED Blog

Dalai Lama in conversation with Chris Anderson. Dalai Lama in conversation with Chris Anderson.

On the final day of TED2015, Curator Chris Anderson reveals an exclusive video conversation between him and his Holiness the Dalai Lama, filmed in Vancouver in October 2014. In their talk, the Dalai Lama speaks about two kinds of happiness, how all humans can coexist, and the cooperation between science and Buddhism. And most important, that he is extremely hopeful about peace in the next century. Here are seven quotes we loved from him:

1. “Our very existence is very much based on hope.”

2. “Love brings self-confidence. Anger brings fear.”

3. “Real gun control must take place here [in the heart].”

4. “We are social animals. My future depends on [others]. Their suffering is ultimately your suffering.”

5. “In all major world religious traditions, their real message is same: the message of love.”

6. “The scientific way is the best way.”

7. “We…

“The true mystery of the world is the visible.” – Oscar Wilde

Medieval lunch box chums sprinkle salt on shams,
Yielding to tramlines that run up the backs of stockings.

Pronghorn antelope burst apart in a shower of springs
Amid the reeds that line the shower stalls.
Spice up the spruce shoots in the robot ovens.
Slide down the smooth stone chutes
Where anthropomorphic men man flavor stations,
Overclocking the blue plasma,
Running the wrongheaded space weirdos
Down the Nazca flumes and out past the shame bunkers.

I walked the points put down in the desert to describe the shear stress,
Stepping on the rubber mat where the dinging opens doors.

Pelvic thrustbottles rattle in the dirtybit wind
And quarter tones and chipped eighths
Surge and shake the window in the tower,
Sorting prayers in piles behind the shutters.
Wake and float like thistledown and clock
Onto the collapsing…

DC Matic: The Hillary-Approved Email Server!

To Inform is to Influence

You and I, the little people, must comply with government rules and regulations.

Apparently, however, senior leaders must not comply.

There is word of Hillary not complying with the rules that government employees have been burdened with for about 20 years.

Now we’re hearing of all sorts of other government leaders not complying with the rules. It might be a case of “whataboutism” that everybody seems to be ‘not complying’.

So…  if Hillary is not accountable and didn’t use a State department approved, sanctioned and purchased account, why must I?
